So my frosting turned out less-than-satisfactory, fwiw. The first batch I made was all wrong, and in fact, it broke before I could even use it. The second batch was better, but it had a runnier consistency than I'm used to, and it was super hard to pipe. I think this sort of frosting might have worked better on a layer cake? *shrugs*
I'm just sorting through all the pics I took, and I'll probably post to Tumblr tonight or tomorrow.
Btw, since you're going to be so busy in the next month, do you want to just skip March and do a two-fer in the summer some time?
